Customer Guidelines, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At MemoKart, we are committed to delivering high-quality personalized products. Since every order is custom-made and involves photo editing, designing, and production work, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Customer Guidelines

Upon receiving your order:

• Please inspect the package and product as soon as possible.
• Record a clear and continuous unboxing video from before opening the package until the product is completely removed and inspected.
• The unboxing video is mandatory for reporting any damaged, broken, or incorrect product.
• If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video along with clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Cancellation & Advance Payment Policy

All MemoKart products are personalized and created specifically for each customer.

Once an order is confirmed and the advance payment is received, our team begins working on the customer's photographs, including editing, designing, preparation, and other related work.

Therefore, the advance payment is non-refundable once work on the order has started.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after the editing or production process has begun.

If you wish to request a cancellation immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on whether work on the order has already started.

If work has already started, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.

Replacement Policy

MemoKart does not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized products.

However, we provide a replacement in eligible cases where there is a genuine issue with the physical product delivered.

A replacement may be approved if:

• The product is broken.
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.

How to Request a Replacement

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your name
• Order ID
• Registered phone number or email address
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the issue
• Complete unboxing video

Replacement Verification

All replacement requests are subject to verification by MemoKart.

The unboxing video must clearly show the package before opening and the condition of the product immediately after it is removed from the package.

If the damaged or incorrect product needs to be returned, MemoKart will provide the applicable return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without prior approval from MemoKart.

Replacement Timeline

Once a replacement request is approved, the replacement will normally be processed and completed within 15 business working days, depending on production and delivery requirements.

Refund Policy

Since MemoKart provides customized and personalized products, refunds are generally not available once work on an order has started.

For eligible cases involving a damaged, broken, or incorrect physical product, MemoKart will provide a replacement instead of a refund.

The advance payment made for photo editing, designing, or order preparation is non-refundable once the work has commenced, as time and resources are already allocated to creating the customer's customized order.
